Build wide instrument-parameter table for PAVE2 datasets

Usage

build_instrument_parameter_table(root, datasets = NULL, exe = NULL)

Arguments

root

Root directory containing instrument dataset folders.

datasets

Optional character vector of dataset names. Defaults to `list_pave2_datasets(root)`.

exe

Optional path to `ThermoRawMetaDump.exe`.

Value

List with `long` and `summary` data frames.
