Export PAVE2 instrument-parameter table to Excel

Usage

export_instrument_parameters(root, out_file, datasets = NULL, exe = NULL)

Arguments

root

Root directory containing instrument dataset folders.

out_file

Output `.xlsx` path.

datasets

Optional dataset names.

exe

Optional path to `ThermoRawMetaDump.exe`.

Value

Invisibly returns the output file path.
